One double bedroom available in a recently refurbished first floor flat close to Fiveways. The room is furnished and it comprises of the following:

1 king size bedroom, 2 bedside tables, 1 large Ikea wardrobe with, one large Ikea chest of drawers, 3 coat hangers behind the door.

About the flat: 1 living room with dining table, sofa, bookshelves connected to a new kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. All appliances are Bosh and Miele. There is also plenty of storage space and cupboards.

The bathroom has been fully refurbished and is composed of shower, W. C., bidet, large sink, mirror with storage space and several drawers and cupboards under the sink for additional storage.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful front garden with plenty of space for table and chairs where you can sit and relax, work outside (optimal Wi-Fi coverage in the garden) or eat. The garden also has a new Weber gas Barbecue that can be used.
The flat has got 2 more rooms.
There is a double bedroom which is currently rented. The flatmate is a student English boy, very kind and polite.
The small 3rd bedroom is for the live-in landlord.
About me: I am Enrico, a Landscape Architect and Academic teacher. I will be living in the 3rd small bedroom.

The place is always kept quite clean and I look for people that share similar living principles. No loud music, parties please.
Also since shared amenities are not huge and there is only one bathroom, the number of occupants per bedroom is limited to 1 (the tenant).

The rent is 650£/month + 100£/month for the expenses (Bills, Council Tax and Wi-Fi). All the expenses are shared equally between the 3 bedrooms and consist of Council tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Wi-if and cleaning lady once a week (this does not mean that people do not clean up after themselves during the rest of the days) .
