The flat is part of a stunning new-build complex behind BrewDog on Grand Parade. 7 minute walk to Brighton station, 2 minutes into the North Laines and 5 minutes from the seafront.
I have furnished the entire flat but your room (a very spacious double) would come unfurnished, however it already has a built in wardrobe.
