I'm looking for a chilled and fun flatmate to join me in my beautiful home at the start of April 2024.

I have no desire to become passing ships in the night. I can’t think of anything worse in fact.

My ideal living situation involves cooking together on occasion, sharing a glass of wine in the evenings, and perhaps a morning seaswim (if you dare).

I’m not precious, and I really want this to feel like your home too.

The flat is part of a stunning new-build complex behind BrewDog on Grand Parade. 7 minute walk to Brighton station, 2 minutes into the North Laines and 5 minutes from the seafront.

I have furnished the entire flat but your room (a very spacious double) would come unfurnished, however it already has a built in wardrobe.

- the flat boasts a balcony overlooking the central courtyard

- en-suite bathroom

- the complex has an on-site gym, lounge and workspace with coffee machine as well as bike store (all included in cost)

- very close to the police station, safe neighbourhood!

- Parking is really easy - you would just need to send off for a permit but there isn't a wait list for this zone (unlike the rest of Brighton it seems).
