The room is provided fully furnished and available on a rolling month to month lodger agreement. The lodger agreement means there is no deposit to pay, and council tax and wifi are covered by the landlord. The rent excludes gas, electric and water which will be calculated at the end of each month and split between the 3 tenants.
The available room is downstairs at the front of the house meaning you can see the sea from the window. It has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and king size bed provided.
House
The downstairs bathroom with a shower/bath is shared between 2 people. The living room is available to everyone as is the kitchen which comes with everything you could need including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The garden is an amazing sun trap with plenty of furniture, umbrellas and BBQ etc... perfect for entertaining. The house is currently occupied by 2 young female professionals - looking for a tidy and respectful young professional to share the house with.
