Double room in 2 bed house by Brighton Station

I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my lovely house! It’s just 3 minutes from the station with amenities on the doorstep! Rent + bills comes to around £800, thats including council tax, gas & electric, water, wifi and contents insurance. Tenancy would start from mid June (can be changed if needed) and be 6 months minimum.

The room will come unfurnished but with a clothes rail and lovely natural light (am more than happy to look out for bits on facebook marketplace).

House is fully furnished with a small outside space, lots of storage throughout and a decent little kitchen, again fully equipped. The bathroom has been recently renovated and bedrooms painted.

I am 25, female and ideally looking for someone that can hack the cold and damp nature of a brighton house, and wanted to disclose this as it can get chilly in the winter months. Must be clean and tidy and a good laugh! I’ll sometimes be away at the weekend but I do spend most of my time in brighton. I work weekdays, full time in an office so my schedule is pretty standard. I do sometimes work from home but not regularly. I enjoy cooking, baking, crafting and chilling on the sofa of an evening and am looking for a housemate that is happy to hang out!

I’d prefer a female housemate in their 20s. I am very lgbtq+ and 420 friendly so ideally you would be too!
