HANOVER TERRACE: NEAR THE LEVEL I have 2 rooms available in a 2 bedroom unit which forms a self contained part of the house. Each room is £690 per calendar month. ALL BILLS are included. There is a kitchen and bathroom shared between the 2 rooms. Both rooms are available now.
I am looking for single people. Not couples. I don't want the property to be overcrowded. So no couples and definitely no families..
Both rooms are centrally heated.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED: Including gas, electric, water, council tax and WIFI internet
Both rooms have been recently redecorated. With new hard flooring (no stinky carpets) and white painted walls They are light and airy
Room 1 is 3.6m x 3.2m. It looks out onto the street. It has a huge window and a lovely outlook onto a small patch of garden. It has a standard sized double bed (1.40 x 1.90). There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers . There is also an armchair that is so surprisingly comfy you'll never want to get up.
Room 2 is 3.2m x 3.1 m and has patio doors that open up onto a small courtyard garden. This garden will be for the sole use of the person in this room. Before you ask, Sorry, No... pets are not permitted. I know not all cats and dogs damage property but my experience of 30 years as a landlord is that quite a lot do. Sorry pet owners....but its true. In addition there are already too many cats in the area. They slaughter the local wildlife.
This room has a small double bed (1.20m x 1.90m) a wardrobe with a drawer, a bedside cabinet. And the same super comfy style of armchair.
The kitchen has a cooker, fridge and washing machine. kettle and toaster. Pots and pans and crockery etc.
The bathroom has an electric shower, WC and hand basin.
There is 24/7 hot water.
