We are a calm household. We keep a tidy house. We also have a lovely garden.
We are looking to rent out the large bedroom pictured. Your room is furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
No home workers.
No overnight guests.
We are in close walking distance to Brighton Station (20 minutes walk) main London Commuter Line and Preston Park Station (20 minutes walk).
The house is in a fantastic location, in the desirable Golden Triangle, conservation area of Preston Park. There are 2 stunning parks nearby, Blakers Park and Preston Park. There are super local pubs, coffee shops, a Coop and Sainsbury’s Local. You can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes and the beach in 25 minutes.
