Lovely Double room for rent in North Laines

Hey,

We have a double room for rent in our house which is located in the north laines.

Looking for someone to take over the tenancy with myself and other house mate, the room is available from now 🙂

The house is split over 3 floors and we’ve got a shared kitchen / living room / bathroom and outside space which are all a decent size.

The bedroom is on the top floor at the back (not very noisy). It will be unfurnished but can fit a double bed and has some built in storage.

The location is really central, really close to shops, pubs, the beach and the station.

We are a pretty sociable house so would be nice to find someone that wants to hang out occasionally.

Rent doesn’t include bills and they come to about £110 - 140 a month roughly depending on time of year ect.
