Double attic room (with single bed) available to rent…available end of April for May/June/ July - 3 month let. Some flexibility with dates so please message if interested.
I’m a single female and my well behaved teenagers aged 13 and 16 are with me half of the time..(one boy one girl)

I work part time as a manager in the NHS and I’m training to be a psychotherapist so I’m pretty busy and often either working or studying. In spare time I love running and cycling, I try to make the gym 2-3 times per week. I’m friendly and sociable, I think of home as a bit of a sanctuary so like to keep things clean and tidy and have a calm, warm vibe

I’ll often be away for weekends and you’ll have the place to yourself at those times…

The house is in a lovely part of Brighton, fiveways - cafes and a park near by, walking distance to The Laines, town centre and the sea front. The Luna cafe sauna is a 5 min walk
