Room available in friendly houseshare

Hi,

My name is Hebe and I currently live in a house share with Rory and Hayden. One of our housemates is moving out, so we are looking to fill their room.

We're all working professionals who really enjoy living here. I'm a teacher, Rory’s an environmental consultant, and Hayden is a Physiotherapist who is also training to be a doctor. We enjoy hanging out and watching Netflix, making good use of the local pubs, and enjoying a fun night every now and again. Rory and Hayden also play tennis on the regular and are really into sport, whereas I'm more into chilling with a glass of wine.

The house is in a great location in Hanover right next to Queens Park. The house has three floors, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a cosy sitting room, decent sized dining room, and a small garden at the back. Parking permits are easy to get if you have a vehicle and there is always lots of space on the road.

The bedroom available is £467 a month. Bills aren't included in this and you should expect to pay around an additional £100 on top of your rent to cover this. The bedroom itself is big enough for a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside table, and a small desk/table. It also has a built in storage cupboard and is right next to the toilet (almost an ensuite).

If you have a sense of humour, are friendly and considerate, that's all we really ask for. There are also 14 pubs in Hanover so if you're up for trying them we would love to hear from you.
