£220 a week with all bills included, cleaner and added tenant benefits. Near to London road and bus stops, 15-20 mins to Moulsecoomb and Grand Parade Brighton campuses. Must have a guarantor and be a student.
Other tenants are easy to get on with, mix of introverts and extroverts, you don't notice that there is 8 other people in the house.
