Short term Let until June 30th Inc shower room

The room

The room is only available from April 1st until June 30th so this is a short three-month Let. We have a modern house with a bright spare room that has an entrance to the garden and a separate shower room. The house is airy, open-plan, well-insulated, filled with sunlight and south-facing. The house boasts beautiful light throughout the day and feels spacious and quiet. The house is located in a safe area with strong community links to the local school, the A27 and Withdean Stadium. The house is shared with myself, a 43-year-old female and my son (8yrs) who lives at home 50% of the time. We also have a mature cat Snuggles who sleeps throughout the day :) We are looking for a laid-back, cat-loving housemate who enjoys a sun-filled garden and likes leafy Westdene with its easy access to the South Downs. There is ample free parking and a bus stop at the end of the road to get you into central Brighton every 15 minutes.

We are ideally looking for a female housemate who works or studies full time and enjoys cooking and an active lifestyle.

This is a no-smoking household.

No Pets although we have one mature cat who sleeps throughout the day.

Council Tax band H - Council Tax included

The room comes with a single bed, desk, drawes, separate shower room and a clothes rail. The bed can be transformed into a double bed if necessary.
