Apartment is mezzanine , minutes from the shops and seconds from the sea. The room available is lower floor next to the kitchen where one would have their own toilet . It does feel like separate space and very private.
Building has a gym , parking, restaurant at extra cost .
I am happy to accept short lets, but the price would be different . Specially summer time.
