Our lease is ending soon and looking for new flatmates, or a couple to join the tenancy for the coming year. Available from early May.

Ground floor flat in a lovely area near Preston Park, five minute walk from the station and very close to local amenities. Rent and expenses are divided up on an equal basis. There is a master bedroom (not yet pictured) and single bedroom available. Happy to discuss this in more detail (still waiting on current occupants to send a picture of the space sorry!) if the interest is there. Bills not included, council tax band C.

The property is a little cluttered at present. But the couple who is currently in the master bedroom plan to take nearly all of their things when they go, leaving both rooms essentially unfurnished. Please bear this in mind when making your query!
