Hello! We're on the lookout for a new housemate (female preferred) to join our household of three girls starting from August 2024 for the upcoming academic year. The house is located in Hanover, right at the heart of Brighton. You can reach Aldi and Sainsbury's in just a quick 10-minute walk, there's a bus stop just 5 minutes away, and you can take a relaxing 15-minute walk to get to the beach. And if you fancy some outdoor relaxation, we're also conveniently near The Level park.
Currently, there are three undergraduates, but one of them is moving out. So, myself—a PhD student—and the other two students are seeking another person to round out our household. Rent is set at £550 per person per month, with utilities (electricity, water, internet, and gas) averaging around £110 per person per month. We are all students, so we don't pay council tax.
The available room is situated on the ground floor, offering a peaceful view of the back garden. It comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a bed.
