Huge room in great flat in Kemp Town

Lush Garden (sun early to late afternoon/early evening)

I have a 2 bed garden flat in the centre of kemp town. I work in London but need to be in Brighton at the weekend to be with my son.. It’s a professional house and parties/late night noise is not acceptable. Otherwise, it’s a great place close to the hospital (2 minute walk) and the beach/concorde 2 area (5 min walk). This would suit someone needing a quiet, well kept and respectable place in Brighton. Any questions - fire away. My son keeps his pet snake here but it is securely locked away in its vivarium so unless you look through its glass you won’t know it’s there and it is discretely located anyway. The garden is lovely and it’s enclosed and solely for the use of my flat. Surrounded by all the gorgeousness of Kemp Town and with the (best part of the) beach a mere 5 minute walk away then you really should stay here. Happy to accept any requests/offers. I don’t like the flat being empty when I’m not here. Bills are to be discussed but I’m looking for a share with broadband and power. Council Tax is band B
