Looking for the 3rd member of our friendly house

Looking for a 3rd housemate for our house. The house has been completely renovated in December, so bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms all 100% brand new. Housemates - We're both very polite friendly and sociable and would love to find another housemate like us - it's not an obligation though! We're both professionals working full time from home, social and outgoing but very respectful of space and privacy. Council tax band D. We have a big garden, a beautiful view over Brighton, close to Fiveways so plenty of shops easily accessible. I'm a Project Manager working in water, my housemate is a Product Manager for a green software company. The only requirements are that you are clean, tidy and respectful of the shared space. Rent is £650 a month excluding bills. The term length is very negotiable, depending on your needs.

For pets - it'll be case by case. 1 cat is likely fine if they're chilled, a small dog might be possible but the garden fence isn't dog-proof and so it's not ideal.
