Lovely room with view of the garden

Room available to move into from first week of April (ideally 2-7th April but can be flexible)

Looking for a student to sublet my room from early April till August 12th. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Elm Grove area. Rent £440 plus around £100 for bills (bills with fused). comfy room with nice natural light and overlooking the garden. single bed, spacious wardrobe, bookshelf, and cupboards.
* deposit is £540 not 440*
The tenancy is until 12th August 2024 but possible option to renew and stay until August 2025.

The house has 4 international students all in second year at Sussex University, Three guys and one girl and would like to add another student. They are all super friendly and chill and enjoy doing some house activities together (watching movies, going for meals or cinema).

The house is a 5 bed, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and small garden. Near bus links and london road area. 30 minutes to sussex uni. 15 minutes to brighton uni city campus.
