Smaller Cosy room for Chill and Friendly Person :)

Front Room

Hey!

I'm Kane I'm 28 studying a MA in Music Production. I'm currently looking for someone to join our cosy/warm little zen pad. The flat is super lovely, we both really enjoy living here. Its close to town, front room is warm with views over Brighton and the Sea. Balcony is chill for hanging out, we keep pillows on the floor out there. for everyone to chill Kitchen is big enough for everyone to cook.

Living in the house is also Michaela. We are a couple but pretty low-key tbh. She's recently graduated her MA in Filmmaking and is freelance at the moment. Her jobs vary between working from home and being out shooting some videos etc. Generally both of us are out the house working quite frequently.

Front room is communial space. Awesome to coffee and breakfast in the morning before ur day starts!

Michaela does Yoga in there some mornings. She's also works for home a few days a week. I sometimes join her in there and do Uni work.
Our other housemate who's leaving Jess sometimes join us in there to do arts and crafts or just generally chat and hang out. We also go to the pub together sometimes, and sometimes we have cute nights out with all of our friends!

We're quite hippie tbh and sometimes we do chat some deep/spiritual shit about life. We're generally quite interested in philosophy, self improvement and the general nature of things.

But we also just like to laugh and get out in nature, just enjoy life as much as possible really. We are stoner friendly, but only on the balcony!

Flat isn't massive. If we have friends over its generally planned a week or two in advanced. All we ask is to be mindful and don't sesh out to hard and trash the place lmao.

We have plants, tapestry's incense, comfy pillows and good vibes!
