📍Location: Providence Place. Behind London Road. Clsoe to Brighton Station
💸 Costs: Rent is 480£pm. Bills 65£ (water, council, wifi etc.) There is a 540£ deposit. Comes furnished with a bed + mattress, wardrobe, mirror and rug.
📆 Date: Tenancy starts May 14th but can start earlier
👩🦼 Accessibility: Unfortunately our flat is up a flight of stairs. There is also some stairs in the hallway and leading into the living room.
❤️ Preferences: We have a strong preference towards living with transmisogyny affected people (Transfems and nonbinary to the front) We also have a preference for open and communicative people.
