Room in house share with great sunset view

I’m subletting my room in a house share on Riley Road, parallel to Lewes road and only a couple of minutes walk away from Brighton University, to both students and professionals. Room comes with a desk, chair, shelves, drawers, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. Gorgeous view from the window with plenty of trees thanks to the park opposite. Room is lit up most evenings when the sun sets. Housemates are all easygoing music students and there is a shared living room and spacious kitchen, as well as a lovely, long garden with a few trees that are blooming. The front of the house is sky blue with a pretty emblem on it.
Bills are through a company called split the bills and they are about £25 per person each week, with slight variations.
Lease runs out on the 26th of August and is not going to be renewed.
