I am moving out next month and am looking for someone to replace me! You will be taking over my tenancy which ends in august however this is being renewed for another 12 months with the girls. The move in date is the 15th but could be earlier.
They are looking for someone who is chilled, clean and friendly. You’ll be living with 4 other working people (2 girls, 2 guys) , they’re sociable and sometimes hang out together but also like to do their own thing. Everyone is super lovely, just all round good vibes.
It’s a great location in Hanover- close to the level, the laines, supermarkets, 20 mins walk to the beach. There are a bunch of pubs just around the corner and also corner shops nearby.
There is a small garden which is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, great for bbqs and chilling in the sunshine!
We have a shared living room area, kitchen, two bathrooms with toilets, one with a shower and one with a bath.
The room available is a really decent size and is upstairs on the front of the house with a huge bay window that lets so much natural light in and is next to one of the bathrooms. The room is however unfurnished.
Rent + bills (including council tax) is £635 per month.
There is permit on street parking available in zone V.
