One of our lovely flatmates is leaving and we're looking for a new tenant to join our houseshare.
ABOUT THE BEDROOM:
It's on the top floor, bright and very spacious and large. It's an unfurnished room, but the current tenant is selling their bedframe, mattress and some bits of furniture if of interest.
The two tenants on the top floor share the shower room and toilet (the other two tenants in the house have their own bathroom in the basement area).
You would be sharing with another woman (me) who treasures cleanliness and would like to share the space with a like minded individual who likes to keep the house clean and looked after.
AVAILABLE from 22 May, but earlier entry (from 4 May) can also be arranged as the tenant leaving the room has another place ready from 4th May.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The room is a semidetached house, located within 5 min walk from train station, in the heart of Seven Dials. 10-minute walk from the beach and the Lanes. Seven Dials offers shops of all kindd, pubs, bakeries, restaurants, etc.
Large living room (open space, one side has TV, two couches / the other side dining table and extra space - see photos!)
The kitchen is well furnished with everything one might need. The fridge is new (from Jan 2024), + there's a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble drier (both washing machine & tumble dryer fairly new/from 2023).
There is a lovely and spacious garden, suitable for dining, BBQing, sunbathing, etc. - it gets sun all day long as it's south facing.
There is also an attic, offering some extra storage space.
ABOUT CURRENT TENANTS/FLATMATES:
You would be sharing the house with 3 people:
One woman in her mid-thirties who works in the music industry and travels a fair bit for work, and two men, one in his late 20s and one in his mid-20s (one works in admin and one is a tattoo artist).
We like to keep the house tidy, and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal - or a movie night all together when our schedules allow it.
NOT a party flat - though there may be the occasional social event hosted in the house :)
IDEAL FLATMATE:
We're looking for a woman, ideally, to keep the balance in the house, but are open to hearing from men as well as long as they are clean and tidy.
Ideally, someone who is looking for a place to call home, who likes to look after the house as if it were their own - and someone sociable!

Smoking is ok, but outside in the garden.
FINANCIALS:
Bills are not included - they are approx. £145 per month (wifi, electricity, gas, water, council tax) + £25 for a cleaner (who would be coming twice a month to help keep up with cleaning on communal/shared areas)
Rent is £600 per month for the bedroom. Plus bills.
The room is avail from 4 May 2024.
VIEWINGS:
Evening viewings prefferred as we're all working during the day/weekdays. Weekend viewings are also possible.
Please note the house is managed by a letting agency, references and credit checks will be required.
