1 Double Room in Preston Park

Heya,
I've just moved into this property and I’m seeking someone to share the flat with me.

This is a 2 bedroom, second floor flat and is a 5 minute walk to Preston Park.

The room is a fully furnished double with a large wardrobe and a desk/chair. The flat looks very modern and was recently renovated.

The aparment building is a 3 story building. The residents are nice and there is some green space. The view from the flat is really nice. There is a school just behind so no large buildings blocking the sunlight.

Permit parking is available directly outside and we also have a garage to store any extra things you might want to keep outside the flat.

I've just moved down from London and have purchased the property. I'm a network engineer and mostly work from home. I go up to London a few times a month and I also travel a fair bit.

During the week I'll mostly be around the flat apart from when I go to the gym, have a swim or a jog around the park.
Weekends are a mixed bag, I might be out for a few drinks with my friends or you can also find me vegging out watching Netflix :)

I've always enjoyed spending time with my housemates but I'm also respectful of space and happy to hang out separately.

Bills are approx £200pm (incl council tax, water, internet, gas, electric and a weekly cleaner)
Council Tax Band: C
