6 bedroom house in stanmer villas, near town, thats furnished. Looking for 1 student to take the last room and we are all going into our 3rd yr of study. Despite what the ad says money wise, we need to pay a £1125 deposit (worth 2 months rent minus holding fee or there abouts, and im not sure if in the switch you will need to pay the holding fee which the last person paid, which was £180).
