Single Bedroom Hanover !!

Single bedroom available from 24th of June in friendly houseshare at the bottom of Hanover/ just off of the level.

You will be sharing with 2 other professionals who are working in hospitality. House is pretty chilled, we keep it clean and tidy and none of us are having many people around.

The house has spacious living room and a little sunny balcony plus a
second toilet/utility room with washing machine. The bedroom is unfurnished but on the corridor is huge built-in wardrobe for your clothes next to your room. It has a nice view on the Elm Grove church.

We are looking for someone with full time job, who can provide job reference, pay and sign 6 months contract. Bills are aprox. £175 a month.

We would prefer someone who is single or who is not having a partner around very often and unfortunately no students please!!
