Large, double bedroom on the ground floor of the house, looking out onto the street. Comes with the wardrobe you see in the photos.

Bills:
Around £150 per month.

The house:
A comfortable and tastefully decorated 3 floor terrace house with 4 bedrooms. One bath/shower, 2 seperate toilets. Large kitchen with a range cooker, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate living room. Good sized patio garden with lots of plants and seating. A little overgrown at present.

We are on a quiet street off London Road. 10 mins walk to London Road station and 15 mins to Brighton station. 20/30 minutes walk to the seafront and town centre. Sainsburys, Aldi and Open Market are 5 mins away. A really fun and convenient area with loads to do within walking distance.

Us:

Max works in a wine bar over in Hove and likes all things food and wine related.
Andreas works for the NHS and likes exploring new places, discovering coffee shops, going to the gym, reading, photography and drawing.
Ash is a drug and alcohol recovery worker who loves making music.

We all work different hours which works out well for using the kitchen and bathroom, and peace and quiet on your days off!

We're a settled, easy going group.
