Join our seaside flat :)

Hey!

After 3 years of living in this lovely little home, I am now moving on to live with some friends. I have loved this room and hope you will too.

Emily (she/her) and Harriet (she/her) are the remaining current tenants and looking for a new flatmate to live with them in this little seaside flat.

The flat is located on the beach front right near the old pier. It’s an amazing location with the beach a stones throw away and and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton and Hove 🥰

You will also have access to the rooftop terrace (which is lush) and I can show you this on your viewing !

Emily and Harriet are both in their late 20’s / early 30’s. Emily is a personal trainer and loves a daily walk along the beach :) Harriet works in the charity sector and loves travelling and sea dip!

The rent for this room is £606 per month. This is worked out by room size. This room is considerably larger than the others . (For some reason it hasn’t updated there amount on the advert, so adding here for clarity).

Bills are not included but are roughly £140-153 per month. I am the current bill payer so full break down will be given of what this covers as we swap over responsibility. If you would like to be responsible for any of the bills that is also okay!

Deposit will be around £583 each, this is 5 weeks of the overall rent of the flat split equally as makes it easier for the agency to refund us later. (This may slightly change but should know more soon and will let you know)

There is a very small living room, also known as the snug. Very humble but very helpful space :)

The bathroom has a bath and shower and toilet, plus there is an extra toilet :)

This is not a party house and they really value a calm, tidy & respectful environment. They would love to get on with their new housemate and have a friendly environment but also are all very independent, living different lives, home is their down time place :)

The room will come with the white wardrobe you see and the ladder wall mount.

The sofa: £40
The white chest of drawers (the one the TV is on, with 6 drawers): £40
The draw curtains: £40

I can do all three for £100. All very good quality and great condition.
