The house is a few meters from the bus stop with access to the bus 37 and 37b that goes to the City Centre, London Road and Lewes Road Garage. It is also an eight minutes walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital with buses 23 to the universities and bus 7 to Hove.

Ground floor: On the ground floor are two bedrooms, the first of two kitchens with a dryer, dining area and a bathroom.

First floor: Large lounge area with access to balcony, second modern kitchen with a washing machine, dining area and stair access down to garden.

Second floor: Three bedrooms and a second bathroom. The rooms available for rent are on this floor.
