One flatmate is needed for a double room in a five bedroom house that has two kitchens and two bathrooms.

It is located in a serene environment in Kemptown (Bristol Estate) behind the Royal Sussex County Hospital. It is a 15 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes to LIDL and about 30 minutes to the Marina.

The house is a few meters from the bus stop with access to the bus 37 and 37b that goes to the City Centre, London Road and Lewes Road Garage. It is also an eight minutes walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital with buses 23 to the universities and bus 7 to Hove.

Ground floor: On the ground floor are two bedrooms, the first of two kitchens with a dryer, dining area and a bathroom. The double room for rent is on this floor.

First floor: Large lounge area with access to balcony, second modern kitchen with a washing machine, dining area and stair access down to garden.

Second floor: Three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

There are also additional storage areas in the house for use.

The room is lovely with a really good view of the sea and fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, table and chair.

P. S: The room is available on March 11 for a minimum one year contract.

There are currently four flat mates; two females and two males, who are working professionals.
