Stylish furnished double room ~ central Brighton

Stylish furnished double room to let in my 2 bed home with garden, situated off Queens rd, just 5 mins from Brighton station, the lanes & seafront.
I live here with my lovely dog (whippet) & often have other well behaved dogs to stay, so I am looking for a dog lover who loves animals & doesn't mind them being around.
I am plant based & so prefer someone to be PB themselves or vegetarian.
I enjoy socialising & getting to know people but also love my own space and in turn, would fully respect yours.
I am looking for a creative like myself who is conscientious around the house & someone I don't have to clean up after.
As I work from home, I would ideally prefer someone who doesn't, however I can be flexible on this for the right person.
