Large room to rent in central Brighton. 2 minute walk to Brighton Station, The Laines, Churchill Square, 5 minutes to the beach. Available from April 13th 2026. Shorter term accepted but looking for someone to stay a minimum of 3 months.
We have a 2 year old so has to be someone who is happy to share the space with a happy little boy.
Would definitely suit a young professional or someone who needs to commute on the train for work.
The room is furnished with a super king bed. There is also a small court yard garden. We try to keep a tidy home so would like some who is also keen for this.
A bit about me:
I am a very sociable female in her mid 30s with a busy schedule. I am often in and out and have lots of lovely friends in the area. I work Monday to Wednesday as a teacher and spend the rest of the week looking after my baby. Looking for someone I can get on with well and is happy to live in a family home. I also have a little cat called Buttons.
