2 rooms available in friendly house

We're two music-loving professionals looking for two new housemates to join our friendly household in Brighton. We're both musicians (don't worry, we practice considerately!), and while we all lead busy lives, we enjoy catching up over evening chats and the occasional garden party. We have two lovely double rooms available in our spacious partially furnished home: Larger room (£530pm + bills): Comes with king size bed frame, cupboard, and desk if you'd like them. Second room (£500pm + bills): Already set up with bed, cupboards, built-in shelves, and desk. The bedroom furniture can be removed on request. Our home is a relaxed, LGBTQ+ friendly space where we value both socialising and respecting each other's peace and quiet. We love our bright conservatory, garden for summer gatherings, and cosy living room where we share Netflix, Disney+ and Prime. As well as the bathroom with loo, there is an additional separate loo. The house is well-equipped with all the essentials. Location-wise, we're just a few minutes' walk from Lewis Road Bus Garage. Sainsbury's is conveniently close, and Brighton town centre is just a 10-15 minute bus ride away. We're looking for left-leaning, like-minded professionals (25+) who value a clean, respectful living environment and might enjoy the occasional shared meal or movie night. Bills come to around £120 per person for energy, internet, and council tax, with water paid quarterly. Minimum stay is 6 months.
