Hello, we have a spacious double bedroom that has a shared bathroom, on the same floor level as the bedroom.

We have off road parking on a drive and free on road parking (permit not required). There is a car charger if you have an electric car. Great bus links with the nearest bus stop a few minutes walk away, and within a 5 min walk to the South Downs.
My partner and I are live in landlords, with an 11 month old baby (he is very good). We are on the ground floor with our own bathroom.
The two double bedrooms upstairs have a shared bathroom between both (shared bathroom with 1 other tenant) with loft storage available in both rooms.
