Very large, fully furnished luxury bedroom / office / lounge to rent in a two-storey apartment located in central Seven Dials, right next to the shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities, and a 5-minute walk from Brighton train station. Includes use of a secluded South-facing garden that gets sun most of the day.

Suitable for single occupancy only. You will be sharing with a middle-aged couple & 8 year-old child (who live on a separate floor of the house). We both have hybrid jobs (data and hospitality consultancy) so one of us is often working from home. Please note this is a family home so if drugs and smoking are a part of your life, this is not the home for you. It's not a party house, but we like to socialise and have friends over for dinner and drinks from time to time.

THE ROOM:

This is a huge room: 6 metres long x 4.4m wide, with tall ceilings and a Juliet balcony offering a fantastic view of the gardens at the back of Montpelier Crescent. Situated at the back of the building, this room is very quiet despite being in such a central location. All windows come fitted with blackout curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep.

Samsung 48-inch 4K Smart TV mounted on moveable arm (pulls down over fireplace for optimal viewing angle), featuring an Apple TV box loaded with all streaming services. 10 x plug points conveniently located around room.
