HUGE Master/Double Room, Brighton! Cheap rent!

Hey, I’m letting out my double bedroom in Brighton!

The room is huge - and spans the whole length of the house! There’s a double window on each side of the room. The room is so big, I even have a home gym in there; a double bed; a large desk, guitar and wardrobe. After all this there’s still space to walk around!

The living room is open planned onto a dining area. We also have a large kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer. You’d be staying with two of my best friends, Duarte and Rob. They are two of the most lovely men I know. They’re both calm, relaxed, people and live independent lives. The house atmosphere is relaxed and open. We’re close to the Marina, and also to Lidl for cheap food shops!

We also have a driveway where you can park your car. I’m leaving the room behind to volunteer in Africa. I’m sad to say goodbye to this room (I love it)! So whoever moves in is going to be very blessed :)

I’m considering tenants who can move in ASAP, and begin paying rent from the start of August. Applicants must be willing to begin paying rent from 1st August (even if you move in a little later), plus a £500 deposit to be paid straight away. You will be taking over the remainder of my tenancy.
