1 double in a beautiful 3-bed house in Brighton!

Hey folks,

Our flatmate is moving so we're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3bed house just on the border of Brighton and Hove.

We've had such a fab time living together so really looking for someone who has similar values when it comes to making a home.

A bit about us:

Josh:
I'm studying a masters in Psychology so will be spending the summer finishing up my thesis which is about meditation and the self! I used to live in London and Berlin and love art, music, the overlap between meditation/psychology/breathwork and generally spend a lot of time thinking about wellness and how to make the most of life! Often the answer to that comes from spending as much time with friends and in the sea / on a mountain as possible!

Aryaa:
Studied Marine Photography in Falmouth and moved to Brighton to explore new opportunities whilst still being walking distance to the sea. Would probably live underwater if it was possible; she cares deeply about people and the planet, loves diving and nature and will be found soaking up the sun at any chance given.

What we're looking for:
- Initially a 3month let until 1st Sept which is when the contract expires but the landlord is open to it being continued.
- Someone who really values the home being a sanctuary; neither of us really drink, we prefer cooking dinner together or spending an evening on the beach than being in the pub
- We'd love someone who is able to communicate openly and compassionately
- Would love to find someone who is also interested in the mind, moving their body, cooking and sharing meals, jumping in the sea, basking like lizards on our lovely decking
- Nature lovers and people who also feel outraged at current state of world affairs (Palestine, Sudan, Iran, Ukraine etc)

What about the house?!
- 3 double rooms
- One bathroom with bath/shower
- 2 toilets
- Amazing kitchen with 6hobs, kitchen island, so plenty of space for cooking and hanging out!
- Living room with TV & L-Sofa
- Decked outdoor area with lighting & outdoor shower!
- Has a Waitrose, Sainsburys & Co-op within easy walking distance.
- 15min drive, 35min min public transport & 26min cycle to Sussex Uni
- 8min walk to the sea! (probably less if you're speedy)

The room:
- it's the one with a blue wall and skylight
- has double bed w. underbed storage
- a fold-out desk
- small amount of additional storage
- on the landing this room has access to a large cupboard for hanging and storing clothes plus a 5-draw dresser
