We are a happy, professional couple in our mid 30's who live in Hollingdean, Brighton. We have a long haired CAT too. 🐈
Our home if fairly tidy and cosy

We have a furnished Double room to let.

(Double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, desk, lamp, drawers and (small) tv and fast WIFI).
Shared showeroom/ bathroom, but next to the room.
Access to lounge/Dining area
You will have your own fridge and food cupboard. (Shared freezer)
In better weather...
There is a large sunny rear garden with 2 separate seating areas( should you wish for a little privacy outside)
Veg patch available if you'd like to grow something:)
Garden room and shed for extra storage e. g. bikes/tools if needed.
Washing machine and line/ heater rail.

Own separate door/entrance

Bus stop to Brighton Station/ town - 1min walk (on our street)
Bus to town centre 15mins
Moulscoombe/ London rd Station -10 min walk
University Lewes Rd 15 min walk
Big supermarkets 10min walk
Town centre 20min walk
To seafront 25min walk
Local shops 4min walk

Max of 10months months let.
Unfortunately no other pets.
Must like/love cats also.
We have a space to rent on the driveway (to be discussed) or there is local free parking.
Single occupancy £700pm. (Month upfront)
Double occupancy £950 pm. (Month upfront)Deposit TBD.
All bills Included!

Busy, fairly tidy household. In a popular area of Brighton.

We like cooking (occasionally), watching films, board games, socialising etc.

This double room would suit a Couple/
Professional Single person.
