2 Double Bedrooms in a Central Brighton Houseshare

Hello!

We have two Double Bedrooms available to rent between the 2nd of April to the 2nd of August, with the option to extend for another year.

One of the tenants will be moving out on the 2nd of April, and the other will be moving out the following month.

Originally this was a mature student house, but we have had a mix of students and non-students over the 3 years we've been here. Our dynamic is quite a warm and friendly home that we take pride in making into a nice clean space, which allows us to spend time together as well as having time to ourselves.

We're located quite centrally, a 5 minute walk from Lewes Road where you will find plenty of amenities; bus stops, shops etc. We are also 20 minutes from Brighton train station, and 20 minutes from the Univeristy of Brighton. Both rooms are of a good size and are offered unfurnished (may have a bedframe if necessary). We do also have additional storage spaces in communal areas that can be utilised if needs be. There are two bathrooms, one with shower over bath on the top floor and a W/C on the basement floor. The house has a lot of nice natural light, with a cosy shared living room and a small pebbled garden.

All bills come included with the exception of council tax if you are not a student (council tax band D).

The estate agent will only accept either a Guarantor, or the remaining period of the tenancy paid upfront.

ABOUT US:

Owen (he/him, 22) is a second-year Product Design student from Oregon, and is based on the ground floor next to the living room and garden.

Tom (he/him, 21) is a former Drama/Acting student, and is currently working full-time in childcare. Tom's room is on the top floor next to the upstairs bathroom.
