Unfurnished Double Room, Clean/Friendly (BN2 Area)

Looking for a housemate to move into the bottom floor double bedroom.


Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, large bathroom, with combined bath and shower. Large amazing sun trap roof terrace (recently been renovated) and small communal lounge.

Lived here 5 years and can honestly say the landlord is amazing and who I deal with directly. They are always quick to fix/replace anything. I really have no complaints
The house vibe is pretty quiet Sunday to Thursday due to working midweek. Never been a party house, nor would I want that. This is not to say that come the weekend or at times this house has had the odd gatherings, bbqs on the terrace and dinners with friends. I enjoy meeting new people and would love the new housemate to feel comfortable enough to have friends over and initiate socials if they are into that.
About me: Monday to Thursday due to work and after work commitments I am pretty much a ghost in the house but when around would enjoy some drinks, food, TV/Films at times but I am more of a personal time individual until the weekend. Come Friday and the weekend I’m very much up to do anything, from a lazy weekend at home, drinking in pubs, eating out, playing sports, walking around Brightons parks, seafront or lanes, out at a music festivals or musics event, and getting out of Brighton and the UK if I can

I would describe myself as a settled, together goofball with a pinch of seriousness if needed. Work can be a full on and serious so I like to leave that side of me in the office and just have a zen/peaceful/fun home.
I am above all respectful to personal space and communal areas. I am extremely clean, and keep communal areas tidy which I think is just a no brainer in a house share. If you can’t clean up after yourself this is not the place for you. I make sure the house feels secure and easy to live in. Ideally looking for someone to bring as much peace as I do with as little to no drama/chaos as possible. It would be great to have someone like minded and takes pride in where they live and respects the house and housemates.

I always have prided myself in being a good communicator and feel communication and trust is really important to me. I believe these are key to an easy environment within a home. Talking about anything that’s bothering us straight away rather than stew on it and work round them so we are both happy when we are at home.

Open to all genders interested in the room as long as we can see ourselves getting on and living in a safe and secure home.
