I've lived in the flat for nearly three years and loved every minute of it! The flat also has a shared bathroom with bath and shower and plenty of storage in the hallway. Views of the sea from the kitchen and living room, and of the race course from the bedrooms and balcony. I also have a cat. Bus stops very close by. On street parking or you could rent a parking space from the council in the communal car park.
