My name’s Eva. My flatmate is moving out and the room becomes available on the 7th of January, so I am looking for someone to replace her in our lovely two-bedroom flat.
The rent for double room is £800 plus bills: council tax band A, water, gas-electricity and wifi.
Apartment is fully furnished, in the heart of Brighton. Everything is maximum 10 min walk from the flat, very convenient! Buses from Churchill Square are max of 3 minutes away from the apartment!

The flat has everything: amazing heating system (this flat is never cold), washing machine, dishwasher, a lot of space for storage and luggage. There is an ample loft space accessible by an extendable ladder.
It’s really taken good care of and the landlord is very nice.

A few words about me: I’m 43 years old and work in retail. I’m very peaceful and like to keep flat tidy. I don’t go out much, I’m rather sit down with a book or really good movie type. I like cooking, hiking, jogging, taking care of plants. I don’t really drink unless it's a special occasion :). I only listen to loud music with headphones.
Someone who appreciates similar things would be very happy here.
