Looking for a student or young professional to take over my double room between the Joker and London road train station!
Rent is £626.75 pcm INCLUDING bills (normally £711.75 and I will subsidise/transfer you £85 pcm) but I'm also willing to consider negotiating more.
3 other UoS female students (20-22 yo). If you're not a student and want to look into council tax, the house is in band C.

This is a fully furnished double room with high ceilings and 2 east facing windows which means it gets nice natural light! There is a large cozy living room, kitchen with a nice big window, and bathroom and washing machine. Unfortunately we don't have a dryer but the back patio has a clothes line for sunny days and there is plenty of room in the living room or bedroom for a clothes horse.
Absolutely perfect location, 3 min walk to the joker pub, duke of York cinema, curio cafe and wine bar, 4 min walk to the London road train station, and 15 min walk to Brighton train station.
