Bright double room in friendly home

The house is situated in Seven Dials, 5mins walk from Brighton Station, 15 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the North Laines. Lots of lovely cafes, pubs and organic vegan shops just around the corner.

The room is a double and comes unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe, set of shelves and bright windows 😊🌿💚

Bills, including council tax and high speed internet, even out at roughly £200pcm (per person).

You’d be sharing with three professionals aged 33-39 (1M 2F) interested in psychology, sustainability, fitness, spirituality, music, dance, arts, nature, swimming, yoga and meditation. We’re a queer friendly bunch, ideally looking for an independent professional who enjoys a chat and occasional get together, swim at sea, dance in the kitchen or a movie night but also there’s no pressure to participate as we all have quite busy schedules.

The house is clean and in general quiet, we also enjoy socialising and cooking together when possible. There is shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. We like to keep the house tidy and we have a cleaning lady who comes to help us every other week. We are a mainly Vegetarian/Vegan household and don’t eat meat at home. We are also a drug-free home. But we don’t mind what you do outside of the house 🙂. We always check-in before having guests over and are in general flexible and happy to have people over.
