The house are a friendly bunch, both the other James and Charlie (the other flatmates) work from home in professional roles so quiet on the weekdays but occasionally like to go out to the pub or cook a meal together. James generally spends a lot of time at the gym or gaming, and Charlie is a photo editor and loves football.
Ideally someone who lives here would be respectful in terms of noise during the weekdays and tidy.
Wifi is £12 a month, gas and electric is roughly £50 and council tax is £80.
