Hello, I have my room going in our house share available from the 14th December.
We are a sociable laid back house share who enjoy socialising but also our own space so would suit someone laid back and friendly! You would be moving in with 2 males so would probably suit a male house mate however it isn’t a necessity by any means.
The space consists of a large open plan downstairs area equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine and garden. The room itself is a double room (I’ve managed to fit a king sized bed in there still with plenty of space!) it also has built in storage with a rail and extra storage behind which is perfect! Also a chest of drawers just outside the room for you to use.
Rent is a £675 + bills which come to around £100 with Wi-Fi, electric, water and council tax. (No students unfortunately due to council tax)
