One double room available now in a friendly house share near the Level.

It’s a house of 5:
Nancy works for Royal Mail and has her own knitwear and crochet business.
Daniel works in communications for an arts venue.
Loz is a researcher at the University of Sussex.
Tom is a data analyst in the NHS.
The fifth person will be you!

🏡 It is a relaxed, quiet house where everyone gets on. We have a nice garden where we have BBQs from time to time. We hang out together and have a lot of shared interests but enjoy some downtime too. Some of the things we enjoy are going to gigs and exhibitions, hiking, and three of us do the local Parkrun on Saturday morning. We’re all in our 30s.

🛏️ The room faces the back garden. It comes furnished with a small double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed has storage underneath.

🧾 The house itself has everything you need with all the bills included (incl. council tax). We privately rent the house from two lovely sister landladies who are quick to resolve any house problems. They would prefer the new tenant to be female.

📍10-minute cycle to the beach and town, the house is also close to some nice pubs and supermarkets are nearby.
