Bright double room in LGBTQ+ house

Hi, we’ve got one large, bright room available in our 4 bed house. The house is really warm and cosy, 5 min walk from Preston Park and less than 10 minutes to Brighton station. We also have the London Road shops and a great sauna nearby.

- has 2 built in wardrobes
- there are 4 stairs up to the house itself

You’ll be sharing with 3 other flatmates, all queer/trans, in their mid 20s-30s, working across the charity sector and academia. We are looking for another LGBTQ+ flatmate around this age to join our household.

Me and one other existing flatmate are moving out soon as we have other tenancies starting but we have really loved living here. The vibe of the house is cosy, with chill hang outs over takeaway and tv and fire pits in the garden in the summer, but we do like our own space as well.
