Good Sized Double, great location for universities

We have one room available in our house in Hollingdean, close to Brighton University and Mouslcoomb station (10 mins walk), and close to FiveWays in the other direction. We are at the top of a hill with great views over Brighton and to the sea.

The slightly smaller room (room 2) is available now, the other room (room 1) is available from September 16th.

There are shops about 5-10 minutes away, bus stop 3 minutes away and you can be walking on the south downs in about 4 minutes.

You will be sharing with three people, including myself, Dave, I work in Digital Marketing and I am from Sussex. My partner Lilia is a Post Doc Researcher at University of Calgary and she is from Mexico; therefore we are both here in Brighton only some of the time. Currently our current housemate is a PhD student from Sri Lanka who is moving out soon and another PhD Student from India is moving in mid-January.

If you are new to Brighton we will be happy to give you recommendations and show you around.

This house is in a great location for University students (at Sussex or Brighton) and would suit a mature student, international students very welcome. Also a good location for professionals working in Brighton but looking for somewhere not right in the city centre, but still a short cycle away.

My partner and I are both quite social and will sometimes have people round for BBQs, drinks etc. but we certainly aren't partying every day. More often we will go to pubs in Brighton city centre or nearby. Often we will relax at home during the week as well.

We both work from home at least some days each week, when we are here, we have nice fast fibre broadband though. (All bills including council tax and broadband are included).

Someone with a similar lifestyle would therefore suit very well.

This an LGBTQIA+ friendly house and everyone is welcome. Vegans and veggies welcome, though we do eat meat and fish sometimes.

The house has a small garden with a patio, a conservatory, good sized living room, washing machine, dishwasher.

The room is a very good sized double and is downstairs, by the front door, (there's a downstairs showeroom/toilet as well as a larger upstairs bathroom.
