Laundry room with a washing machine and mini fridge. Currently used as storage as well as a space to hang washing.
3 different storage cupboards throughout the property. Currently used for cleaning products, clothing and a pantry.
There is a roof top terrace (access through a bedroom) with an incredible view of Brighton down to the sea.
Equally split the rent is £612.50, but this room is the smallest in the house. So rent will only be £572.50.
Deposit is £706.50.
Monthly council tax is £136.
Water, electricity/gas & wifi tends to come to around £80 during the winter months.

About us! I’m Solti (24). I currently work in nursery. I have a cat named Pepper. Love going to local Brighton gigs (anything music related rlly), trips to the pub, games and crafts evening (either at home or out and about), also a bit of a yapper. I’m in the room on the second floor with access to the terrace. Never have any qualms with people popping through to head out there (unless I’m kippin).
Ned (24) and Katie (25) are the other 2 housemates. Both based on the 1st floor where the living room, bathroom and kitchen is located. Ned is still completing University while working part time at an escape room. Loves hosting games nights (whether it be card, board or video games), incredible at writing quizzes and loves a wee trip to the pub. Katie works at an SEN college. Loves cinema and film, big on pub trips and checking out local music. All 3 of us are part of the queer community, so bigots not welcome xxxx

The room is available from 31st of Jan 2026. Need to find someone ASAP. Will have to sign onto a 6 month fixed term contract.
