Double Room - North Laine

Lovely 3 bed townhouse, 2 mins down the hill from Brighton train station in the heart of Brighton Laines - dangerously close to lots of places to spend money on things like coffee & pastry. We have a patio garden that gets the sun from first thing till about 2/3pm, lots of plants, nice spacious shower, house is recently refurbished with new paint/carpets. Room is a decent sized double on top floor.

Current housemates are Kirsty (she/her) and Billy (he/they) - been housemates 3 years now and have a respectful & easy flow. Both working tough jobs in NHS so value home feeling like a safe and relaxing space.

Kirsty is a plants/gardening/conservation nerd, meditation/zen master, into cooking & comedy.

Billy is a creative into drawing/painting/tattooing, weightlifting & nerd sports, cooking/fermenting things & nature.

We’re looking for someone friendly & mature with their own thing going on - happy to have a kitchen chat & put the world to rights but also experienced with house sharing & mindful of boundaries etc. One of us is queer, the other straight as an arrow and a fierce ally - queer people are preferred but rly not essential if you have the right vibe (i. e., ur for the liberation of all people & think billionaires shouldn’t exist).
