A bright double room is available in a lovely four-bedroom flat shared with three friendly, young working professionals: Daisy (26F), Nicole (29F), and Alex (28M).

The flat is ideally located just off Ditchling Road, within easy walking distance of The Level, London Road shops, Brighton Station, and Preston Park. Bills are currently around £120 a month on top of rent.

The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress and benefits from two windows, providing plenty of natural light, as well as a built-in storage cupboard and shelves.

Shared living spaces include a comfortable living room with two sofa beds (ideal for visiting friends), a separate bathroom and toilet, a spacious kitchen with a pantry, and a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Daisy, Nicole, and Alex have lived together in the flat for the past two and a half years and have become very good friends. While we all have our own independent lives, we also enjoy spending time together both at home and socially, and we’d love to welcome someone who is similarly sociable and enjoys being part of a friendly and very open household.

We’re very house-proud and keep the flat extremely clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone who shares this mindset and will help maintain a comfortable and pleasant living environment for everyone.
